Illustration Maestro provides custom digital illustration and design services. By placing an order, you agree to provide a clear creative brief. We reserve the right to decline projects that violate our ethical guidelines or contain prohibited content (e.g., hate speech or illegal materials).
We provide a set number of initial drafts based on your chosen package.
Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
Delivery dates are estimates. Delays in client feedback or significant changes to the original brief will extend the project timeline.
Deposit: A percentage of the total fee may be required upfront to begin work.
Final Payment: Full payment is due upon approval of the final design and before the delivery of high-resolution, un-watermarked files.
Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, refunds are not provided once the design process has reached the finalization stage. Partial refunds for early-stage cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Client Ownership: Upon receipt of final payment, Illustration Maestro transfers all legal copyrights for the final custom illustrations to the client.
Designer Rights: Illustration Maestro retains the right to display completed works in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.
Third-Party Assets: If any third-party fonts or stock elements are used, we will notify the client regarding any necessary external licenses.
